It's fucking odd, just watch for the signs and back away slowly (or with haste depending on the person) if you start seeing them.

Exactly, because serial killing takes long-term planning and even calculation - traits that the sub-Saharan population did not acquire due to their (200,000 thousand years+) evolution in an ecology abundant with resources that led to them sustaining genetic clusters linked to immediate consumption - which correlates with impulsivity, lack of future planning and therefore lack of abstraction. These are just averages though, about 20% of Black people are actually smarter than the average White person.
Nevertheless, it's just statistical and we should not discriminate against normal Blacks -
