2021-05-23 at 4:06 AM UTC in NIS fitness clubWeeeeeeele gonts, I haven't been doing my situps that I talked about in da OP ( I only did them for a day or two after making the phred but thats neither here or there ( not that I know what that means ) ). But in better news I just started reading a book by Jeff Olson THE SLIGHT EDGE and hes teaching me to rework my philosophy in life. He put me onto a program of Happy Habits which he learnt from another gont. One of the 5 Happy Habits is to exercise for at least 15 minutes a day, now that I've learnt to EAT THAT FROG! I said Frick IT, NI🅱🅱A and I put the book down and got in my hooptie and went to my buddy uncle's house and grabbed his bicicleta and brought it back to the cut.
I aired up the tyres and took it out for a rip, I went 4.5 miles and my lungs still feel itchy and i felt a bit like vomiting. A bit after half way I stopped and drank some walter for a minute. I think if I could go bout 25 or 30 miles would be pretty legit. Komo-the-Homo can do that no problem because he puts in work , even tho we like to make fun of him and call him a booty bandit but I think his special underwear help him pedal faster without rubbing his pants and steelwool-body-hair and starting a fire. But he has meat pistons which propel him forward in life and he didn't just get born with meat-pistons, he developed them over a series of years.
Anyway another Happy Habit is to journal for 2 minutes a day about a positive experience youve had in the last 24hrs , so that was my positive experience now I did two of my Happy Habits. I will be making a lot more threads in the future keep you're eyes peeled
