2017-11-21 at 4:33 PM UTC in What have you been playing lately?War Wings on Android. It is a damn good multi-player (4v4) air combat simulation which is setup like World of Tanks. While the flight Model does have some "arcade" characteristics such as aiming assistance, a limited "follow" mode, and "godveiw" the actual flight physics are pretty good.
The one thing I don't care for is certain aircraft like the ME210 and the P47 can hit the ground and survive to fly. Badly damaged with significant performance penalties but still, really?
Its a freemium model just like WOT but will only run you about $.33 USD/day for a premium account. But my favorite thing about this game.is that I'm virtually unbeatable. I've Flow something like 1200 games. Of those my team has won more than 80%. MVP is decided in each map solely on damage done. I've take MVP over 45%.
The matches end when one team runs out of tickets in Death match mode. Each team starts with 10 tickets and loses a ticket each time a teammate is shot down. My KDA is over 5 to 1.that means in each match I have taken out half of the enemy single handed. The other three players only need a KDA 1.6 and victory.
If you like air combat Sims and know how to fly you will enjoy this great time killer. -
