Yup that's why I developed what I call the Pistol Pete Maravich Prevention System (PPMPS). He died at age 40 in a pickup basketball game from a heart attack. In case anyone doesn't know who he was Google it FFS he was an all star NBA player in the 70's. So here's a guy who had to have excellent cardio vascular health as basketball is a very heavy cardio exercise. Yet his heart shits the bed at age 40 while exercising. According the the PPMPS the heart is a pump. Like any pump it's gonna pump X number of cycles and then wear out. The PPMPS therefore requires that you stay as still as possible other than to engage in normal actions needed to make a comfortable stable life. If you don't have to move don't. It's just gonna use up more heart beats per minute. You only have X number of heartbeats. Save them and live longer than Pistol Pete Maravich I say. -
