Rent used to be 1/4th on average to 1/3rd of a persons paycheck. it's 6/8 to 7/8 these days. this is why people are opting to rent a fucking walk in closet for 1000 bucks or more to live in San Francisco. it's a fun city to live in if you can manuver around the shit-art that homeless love to do.
   
   but you don't get shit for what you pay for. makes it hard as hell to save money as well, if you want to move back to the midwest from where you came out to make that 6 figure tech income.

   Clay is actually pretty damn common in soils. I have a hobby that involves taking soils with a high clay content, and extracting pure clay from it. It's probably possible to use in conjunction with something else, as insulation in a pallet house. The SAS survival handbook mentions mixing clay soil with leaves and twigs and using that as insulation in walls. Pallets seem perfect for that since they already have a big gap in them.
   
   The author mentions that the organic matter trapped in the clay will actually sprout mycelium (fungal threads) which will help hold it together. But that's kind of a dirty method.

    I have eaten like that for almost 6 decades. I have had a complete physical with blood and the whole nine every year for the last ten. Every year they say the same thing. On paper I am in perfect health. All my levels of good shit are good and all the bad shit is all low like ya want it to be.
