This is consistent with Officer Kueng’s observation at the scene that Floyd was foaming at the mouth and, as found at autopsy, that his lungs were “diffusely congested and edematous.”
In other words, like a drowned man, Floyd’s lungs were filled with fluid. And that was the obvious and inescapable reason why Floyd kept shouting over and over again that he couldn’t breathe even when he was upright and mobile.
The memorandum ends with Dr. Baker’s devastating conclusion that “if Floyd had been found dead in his home (or anywhere else) and there were no other contributing factors he [Dr. Baker] would conclude that it was an overdose death.”
Translation: this toxicology report drives a stake through the heart of our murder case. How do we justify criminally charging these police officers and explain away our colossal screw-up?
It is quite telling that this explosively exculpatory June 1 memorandum was not released by the prosecution until August 25, 2020. -

If you re-read my post I said they tried to mob him. They didn't succeed because when the first few got within arms reach he opened fire.
I don't think he was shooting indiscriminately and I don't understand how that can be said after watching the video.
His first shot was after being knocked down and was aimed at the guy that just kicked him in the head. It looks like his second shot is at the same guy.
His third shot is at the skateboarder after he was attacked by him.
His last shot is to fuck up the arm of the guy who tried to execute him.
He then gets up and heads to the area with the police in to turn himself in.
This is the furthest thing from indiscriminately shooting. I am actually amazed at his control and fire discipline. 4 shots all fired with purpose and without excess. That is better than most cops. -

If this was a black teen that killed some white right wingers burning down property I would support it all the same. I don't care about the skin colour in these situations.

Honestly? Probably not. From the videos his shooting discipline and his ability to only shoot at those who are within arms reach of him, and stop shooting when they were no longer a threat is probably better weapon handling than 90% of cops and gun owners.
That's credit for him. But in a greater sense of consequences was he fully able to predict and process the possible events of him travelling to this town like a 25 year old would? Likely not. -

What's crazy is the antifa 'paramedic' fake surrendered to the shooter (seen in the image above) and then this fucking medic pulls out a handgun and tried to execute him on the spot. Luckily he gets shot and his arm is now fucked.
