Very noticeable. The usual beginner dosage is between 1.5 and 3g. It depends on your individual physiology and the strain/quality you got. Maeng Da strains tend to be more potent. Stay away from extract or pills. You want the ground leaves.
Mytraginine is a very potent Opioid. In fact it has a 13 times higher receptor affinity than Diacetylmophine (H). That doesn't say much about the quality of the high, though. -

That's the problem. Doctors will treat you the normal way like a normal person when you seem normal and the normal way to go is to prescribe you the stuff they got a contract for and that doesn't cost them much/is textbook. The way I went about it was pulling a Malice and explaining why I'd want to try something. The better informed you are the better.
I mean, you can't end up with less good drugs than the ones' you currently have, right?
Another way to get the good drugs is to read up on the medical conditions they are prescribed for. Then, if your doc knows you for a long time maybe go to another doc if that's possible. Don't sleep for a couple of days. Go there and tell the doctor that you have zero energy but still can't sleep even though you work hard every day. You feel completely drained even when you get some sleep in. Then he might prescribe you some sleep aid. Probably a shitty one. After some time you go back there and tell him that it didn't work. It just made you feel weird. Keep doing that until you get some Benzos.
Then you go there after a full night of rest and tell him that they are a godsend. For the first time in your life you can be really productive but you need to drink an exorbitant amount of coffee to stay awake. He might give you some of his personal CRYSTAL METH. -
