    The reason this madness was allowed to go on was because there were cops everywhere pulling people over, driving around, standing around talking to people. I saw one cop car with flashing lights just chillin near a carwash and a guy with on a bike with his arms folded and a red angry face he looked like he just got stopped.
    
    I was snorting huge rails of meth every 5minutes also, smoking the bubble as I walked througuh the forest and bike paths. Saw so many homeless people under the bridge, the rule there no getting high, only sleeping. it was like a monestery.
    
    Then I saw kids finishing up a canoe trip and thats when I hit the bubble and sold those chicken nugget punks that dime, which I probably shouldn't have done but whatever.
