It had gears and pulleys and I was instructed to twist it tighter every so many weeks to gradually straighten my badly deformed spine. The tightening forced my back straight and it often caused excruciating pain as my growing body got used to the straighter posture. My family would all point at me and laugh and say, "Hahhaha! Look at the reject!! Look at the defective reject!!"

Well , I'm dumb, and ashamed, and that's mostly it. I just wanted you to know that I never intended on not sending it. I was in a bad spot, as always, because I suck. Thank you for that weekend though and trust me I won't ever ask you to borrow me money ever again. I appreciate you doing it that one time. I love you.
All of that was right, right until the end. We got intricate about how long a letter should take and you got angry with with me and told me that I was overthinking it when I initially felt like you were "dodging and avoiding me". I may have been wrong about the reasons, but turns out I was right all along.
I just want you to pay back what you owe. No excuses. No lies. No bullshit. I'm now very sick of it and yeah, you can count out that it will never happen again even if you do pay it back. You burned that bridge with all of this.
Do the right thing. Or don't!

2017-08-02 at 10:44 AM UTC in What to do with broken PS2Repair it. Is this for a "fat" or "slimline" PS2? What model specifically is it? Have you already tried changing power supply adapters? Do you have a mutimeter? If so, do you know how to use it?
Check for DCV and A of the power supply adapter, we can start there. Once we've established that the power supply adapter is in working order, we can move forward. You'll need to open the PS2 up again and remove the power supply board and then we will be testing components on the board for failure and then replacement or, if you'd rather not go through the trial and error, you could simply replace the power supply board if we determine that's the problem.
