   I bet a future conflict between Great Powers/Peers with actual conventional capabilities (before it goes nuclear of course) would have all the high tech shit used up in the first year> and then it would come down the shit that still works, is cost effective and easy to produce, downgrades. And keep in mind everything costs money and people are cheap.
