they bought the house when it was nearly new and fairly inexpensive some 25-30 years ago
neighbor two moves in recently and bought the house, and payed 3 times for it's morgage everymonth as neighbor simple folks did
neighbor three moves in and either inherited the house or rents it and he's a con artist for a living, while his neighbor number three b, makes about the same as simple folks and is about the same persona with a average american middle payed, lower management income
neighbor four is on Section 8 rent aide. and isn't supposed to have any children or people Not on the section 8 renters form living there.. but they do. and they grow marijuana in the attic and leave their old rusted out shit box of a car leaking oil on the street
neighbor five has 5 families consisting of about 30 refugees from another country, living in a home that has set a limit of 2 families by city ordinance, but because of legal "racist lawsuits" for enforcing it in the past, the city only has the law on the books
the days of families owning about the same amount of lot size and making the exact same for a bushel of hay or a bucket of potatoes is over. there is too much of a variation in neighborhoods and so people would rather not get to know their neighbors except for maybe neighbor 3B and Simple Folk (neighbor 1) -
