Get a fucking snow shovel and start to gut the burnt out parts and bag and trash it. the walls on the other side are just fine. wash them down with soap and water. it's fixable. wiring might need to be replaced out as well. don't let it just rot away. it looks like a decent place and probably could be fixed up for 15k

This dude somehow sent signals to 2 computers I had on which slowed down the CPU fans and fried my computers. I started to smell smoke when he said "i'm gonna shut off your cpu fan and overclock.. I was like, Right. I left a second computer on which he somehow wormed into. I'm not shitting, the entire grid-block in my neighborhood of about 10 square blocks went black. I doubt i was a coincidence. Happenstance for the thousandths time?
He managed to do a power shred on many files I had as well. like 21 pass on them. I looked him up once a few months later and in 10 minutes that computer required a whole new factory reinstall.. could not save anything even with boot.
