That doesn't really affect the statistics unless there's a major disparity between the number of multiple charges or number of repeat offences between different racial groups.
With statistics how they are, assuming that an average of 5 of each recorded white-perpetrated offence is committed by a single criminal and 5 of each recorded black-perpetrated offence is committed by a single criminal, the ratio of offences and criminals per capita remains the same. The only way that you could argue that the 'blacks are statistically more violent' claim is invalid is if you could show that they're far more likely to receive multiple charges or far more likely to reoffend - indicating that the recorded charges are spread among a much smaller group. I don't think statistics are gathered in that level of detail though.
Lopht is right that black males 15-30 or so are responsible for extremely high numbers of offences, making women and older people look bad, but I'd argue that the same thing probably happens in other racial groups too - males in that age range are more likely to commit crimes, specifically violent crimes than any other demographic (race aside). -

Python isn't required for most IT work. It's always good to know a language you can use for simple automation; something like Python, Perl or shell scripting goes a long way, but Python is nowhere near a must unless you're looking for a role that specifically demands it. -

Don't be stupid, nobody is unbiased. The best you can hope for in terms of news media is to have access to a multitude of outlets with different agendas.
RT specifically though - the only way you could honestly accuse them of bias is in being selective with which news stories they report on. I've yet to see a report (a report, not an editorial or opinion piece) where they've lied or been deliberately misleading, which is more than I can say for even the most 'trusted' western news outlets. -

I've seen some writeups on home dentistry, haven't been game to try it, plus even just being able to see in there would be difficult.
superglue is not pure enough for medical uses though - too many impurities, typically causes irritation. you can buy dentist's filler but it's expensive -
