The 'intelligence agencies' write the president's daily briefings, directly controlling the information he bases his decisions on and the MIC and israel lobby (ie. Cerberus' other heads) control the advisors he surrounds himself with.
Unless he goes out of his way to seek information (which is highly discouraged - 'what, don't you trust the intelligence agencies?'), they have a large degree of control over his actions simply by understanding his thought process and manipulating it with the information he's given. -

Yes, but not in the same way. This is my exact point - instead of discussing her behaviour, you immediately compare it to that of a man.
A woman cannot become a man, and copying the behaviours of a man (or likely, men) who was successful can not make her a man herself. It contradicts her nature and makes her outwardly appear to be a poor facsimile or an approximation of a man.
That's not to say a woman can't be highly skilled (beyond their male counterparts) or can't learn from male mentors; simply that copying the social behaviours of a man in order to appear powerful or dominant is self-defeating.
