   I actually planned on praying again after more than a year of not praying, starting on Tuesday.. and that’s exactly when the power went out. But yeah. I’m reading books again because of college. I am reading Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. I’m on page 400 now.

   12 hours of no electricity sounds great to me. It’s been at least 61 hours now for me. And it will be another five days before they fix the leakage. That’s another 120 hours of sitting in the darkness.

    The wires are fine. It’s because of a water leak. The leak is apparently coming from the floor where no animal can come.

    Nope. Absolutely nothing. I’ve been lighting candles at midnight. But yesterday I discovered that the streetlamp outside provided enough light for me to read a book, so there’s that.

    And counting. They said they will come on Tuesday to fix the leak. That means I won’t have any electricity for another five days at the very least. Because after the leak has been fixed, they will start working on the meter or whatever. That may take a couple of more days. Lesson learned: the west is a shithole just like any other place in the world because they have the same shoulder-shrugging attitude.

    It’s all gone, yea. Wasn’t using any more electricity than I do normally. My room’s light bulb, my computer and my tv that serves as my computer screen. I suddenly heard a loud popping noise before it went dark immediately. Apparently it’s because of a water leak in the meter room so I called the company that owns this house and they sent a worker here who checked to see what’s wrong and he said another worker may come today or tomorrow and I would receive a phone call. Phone call never came so I called them up myself and their secretary said a worker would come between 2 and 4pm tomorrow. If the damage is severe enough, it will not be fixed in one day. There’s candles lit now that I am using. It’s cozy. But I wish there was electricity.

    It happened 2:30 am yesterday and so it’s been 12 hours without electricity. Called up the company that deals with this and they sent a worker who then said they would send someone either today or tomorrow. I’m guessing tomorrow. This is lame but oh well. I’ll manage.
