Towards the end you can clearly see that the judge says he was essentially piggyback riding a movement that came to the spotlight due to Elliot Rodger. Truthfully, there aren't many incel mass killers. There are only three I can think of, Elliot Rodger and this too in the time span of 35 years or so.
