they're not crazy strong or anything. at least not in the doses i'm taking, which is a gram a day (two pills). it's strong enough to be banned from professional sports. they do definitely up my game and people have commented out of the blue that i'm looking pumped and more muscly lately. i've been taking them about eight months. -
