every little change in your hormones changes the shape and quality of your body. how the fuck do you think trannies start looking like fags when they take estrogen? did you know that one tiny little alteration in your chemistry, namely inhibition of myostatin, can make you into a fucking super mutant?
the reality is that exercise, hypertrophy, and changing the shape/density of your tissues do not work AT ALL like you think they do. i hope you don't have some personal fitness goal that you're trying to achieve with your high school level of knowledge of biology.
