I've never known anyone use naltrexone for alcohol but I have known a few people on it for opioids and it definitely made them not want to get high. Usually it was given to them right before they left jail and before they used again so I'm sure that had something to do with it. If you're at the point of desperation and looking for any solution I guess it's not a bad idea but I personally have no experience with it. Good luck though I do know it's not an easy thing to do but if you're truly tired of the lifestyle that makes it easier to do.

Wow even $7 something for Pall Malls is high as fuck. I believe they are about $5 something down south. I used to smoke Newport reds they're about $7, now I smoke some dirt cheap ones called Montego, they aren't too horrible especially since they're less than $4 after taxes. Like $3.55 before tax. Even when I lived in Ohio, Pall Mall is around 6 I believe, I remember when the Pall Mall enhancement started getting popular they were cheapies, kinda comparable to Basics if anyone remembers those.
Bartenders and servers usually make better money if they're friendly. Especially a female worker and male customer, she's hoping for better tips if she flirts so don't take it personally she probably doesn't like you

Definitely go for it, especially if you have any kind of idea of what it is you want to do. I was going to go to college but I spent the summer after high school partying with the money I was gifted for college. Hell 20 years later I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up 😂
