It is a combination of velocity and the 150 grain bullet, the 30.06 comes to mind because its like the nice gun everyone has for deer hunting (but not me of course) the other alternative to this is the 12 gauge slug which IIRC has alower velocity but is much much heavier since it's literally like a thumb of lead (400 grain)

I grab a bowl
I add in frozen vegetables
I decide what protein (beans, hamburger, chicken, canned fish, or eggs) are gonna go in it. Then I select some seasonings. I really like taco seasonings, ranch seasonings and soy sauce (1 not all of them, also bbq sauce)
Nigga I just microwave that, put the water in a separate cup to drink with my meal ad dthe protein and add an extra minute and top with the seasoning.
Also fresh spinach is added and sometimes a tortilla or mashed potatoes.
Fucking stupid healthy eating a pound of mixed vegetables + bags of other types of vegetables everyday -
