most people drink in the 20s and 30s but you should really stop by age 40-50. don't even wait. just put the brakes on it. eat some edibles if they don't affect you as a person in a negative way.
Alcohol is ok if its in moderation but no one drinks it in moderation. they always have like 5-8 drinks if not more. 2 drinks should be a cut off. nurse a beer at a club. drink half of it, let it get warm and stale, buy another. drink it. get a vibe going. then leave the club. DO NOT DRINK AT HOME> that is classic Alcoholism. if you're like me and sneak drinks in a room by yourself (I did that for a while) you're a sad drunk.
then I started going online and drinking with people in 2007 or so. it was safer than getting a DUI and killing someone. but I stopped. Red and that faggot Grimace kept kicking me out. I said why. they said, "You're sober and bumming us out". I started drinking again and it turned into a Power Trip and Grimace being a fat cunt and shit talking me, telling me I was a big fucking loser. and then G would start up and boot me out if I didn't kiss his ass. always bragging about his shitty faggot BMI being 7 percent which was laughable as shit.
I just showed up one day because again, SSID showed NIGGASIN*SPACE and I saw the menu and background and was shocked it was a TOTSE look alike. which again, the mystery of someone on this block had broadcast the SSID (Wifi SSID)
and just hung out. wanted to see where this would go. then I realized Lanny had shit talked me on Zoklet. I only went on Zoklet for like 2-3 weeks because I was googling totse and zok (which is the name he used on IRC and totse.com) and found "The Hunter for the Hunter" or something about Jeff Hunter which was posted in 2009, I had posted in the thread and was asked why I necro it. now it's missing from Archive.org

I used to make salads with grilled chicken strips on top all the time. I would go through my health stages in life, Bradley. that just looks like leafy greens.
try adding raw broccoli and avocado and sprouts to it with some meat on top. make it colorful too. red bell peppers, yellow ones too.
Until I get enough money up for full-on-4, I just blend my veggies (I have 2 servings with a cup of vegetables like borollic, baby spinaches, celery, baby carrots, radish with some berries and a banana with protein powder, honey, turmeric, and plain Greek yogurt I blend twice a day now.
I eat mostly tuna fish sandwich or have 99% lean ground turkey I make dinner with. mix it with egg whites and a small amount of crushed crackers and make meatball or Ill have a turkey burger with whole wheat buns
the bread is a lot of carbs but I also put fat free dressing on it.

I just got done watching Black Mirror Season 4 Ep 1. USS Callister. 2011?? fucking hell. also there is a new season coming out in 2025. so they started back up again.
this is one of the best shows ever. some kind of suck but this was worth the watch. about a programmer who makes a Star Trek like game to get back at people at work or some shit but it turns into a spoiler from there
absolute brilliant TV making. I saw the one about the Boston Robot like dog some years ago and I watched the one you interact with and maybe a couple other. I saw them with Gigi around the first time we met or in the first few years.
