So clearly being given a choice can be a prerequisite of rape. It's just a matter of where we draw the line on coercion. Shoop woop. Sleeping in a ditch is preferable to anal with Bill Krozby for most people, but -mal-'s feels are important. Whether or not Bill Krozby is legally or morally culpable for a rape is pretty subjective, but knowing Bill Krozby I'm airing on the side of rape.
