you just fill a large cup and rinse off as the water as it is going down the drain.

I shower before I get into a bath.. even if the shower pressure sucks.. wash your 4 main parts of filth and then soak in the bath without soap. you're not supposed to use soap outside of your bughole, pits, ears and taint.

the rest soaks in clean water will remove dead filth and skin cells and then you rinse off in cool water.

rinse your eyes out with clean water while showering
