   I can't sleep til like 3-4am and then suddenly Im full REM for 4 hours and wake up and cant sleep at 8-9 but get up, get cereal, watch Price is Right at 10am then go back to sleep till like 12:30
   
   Its fucking me up because you need 7.5-8 hours of non stop sleep.
