Basically mi civil or citizen rights were violated because everyone has the right to record public servants not be threatened for doing it or saying they’ll do it.

Do u think if I had the phone in my pocket and hit record but didn’t show them and went to a lawyer with their widok of them threatening to assault me if I don’t sign it and the way they talked to me admitting they’re fucking with me basically because they don’t like me probably for what it says in their system I was deported etc do you think audio would be enough or they could lie and say that’s not my voice?
