Like those guys from Craft, which used to be Blackwater, who were there. You see them in security footage wearing backpacks.. then they're running away, right before the explosion, without the backpack which looks just like the one that was blown up.

I don't think it's really flooding here, but there's a lot of people getting flooding in Houston, stuck on roofs and shit. HSA texted me this afternoon. It's really bad where he is. He's pretty much right where the hurricane hit when it made land.
