Nevertheless most of the meals I eat are of a somewhat frugal and simple nature even though I can cook complex meals well. It's just a matter of convenience. I bulk cook some simple stuff and keep it around and mix and match some of it with freshly cooked stuff.
I make lots of black beans with adobo peppers cuz they kick ass and are delicious and hearty and only get better in the fridge. I keep jars of onion pickles that I make myself. I keep lots of canned tomatoes, corn, beans on hand. Corn can be made in 1 min in the microwave with some seasonings, or just eat it without any heating and it's great. I keep lots of rice on hand too.
So any day I can just go bam bam bam I have fried eggs on brown rice with baked beans and pickled onions, peppers and cilantro and it's tasty AF for example, and I'll maybe through some fried chicken in there or something. -

Roku is a brand of hardware streaming devices and they also have their own online video streaming service called Roku, you don't need the streaming service for the hardware devices, you can use whatever apps are available in your region. -
