   Had a good sleep last night, the old back kind of hurts from all the packing the last couple of weeks. Yesterday I gave away my washer and dryer to one of the underlings at work who came and collected them in a uhaul because that's the generous kind soul I am.
   
   It's cold here today -1C this morning…when it's cold it always makes me want hot comfort foods. I'll have one of the frozen Beef stews for my dins I'll just have to nuke the fuck out of it to defrost it first…9mins or so should do.
