The new congress was just sworn in yesterday dumbass. The executive office is still staffed and ran By the Biden cabinet. Trump is influential in his current dealings with world and industrial leaders only because he's that kind of boss material. But until January 20th he ca8even sign an executive order and not one cabinet confirmation hearing has begun for his cabinet nominations.
