We used to use those pellets on our lawn. that shit made my feet itch when I would walk barefoot on it. had a dog that was really allergic to it or the grass. but he love running on the lawn which would kill the lawn and I would have to reapply and also seed the lawn constantly. finally bought some of that patch stuff. works pretty good but it would be a darker bluish green over the lawn itself so the next year when the lawn died off I just bought a shitload of bags of it and stop using the fertilizer pellets and just laid that down so it all matched nicely.
but in all honesty. lawns are a mother fucker to maintain. I'm going to create a large desert like rock garden if I ever get this thing built. and put down pea gravel and pack it down. I used to love doing gardening. it's really healthy but that shit is not. it's toxic and makes you itch like fuck
