Yeah I don't park my car for that very reason cept maybe the Marina district its pretty safe. even decades back in the 1990s our car got broken into twice in a 2 week period. I was pissed because they stole my jacket I had as far back as 1986. a leather jacket. it just fit perfect and I hadn't wore it in years and i found it in a box at my moms house, put it in the back of the car, went into the city and it was too warm to wear and I left it in the back and they smashed the little window on the back door. that is the most expensive window to replace. they opened the door that way. I didn't noticed it until I was on the bridge and heard the wind and looked back and saw all the broken glass. nearly ran into someone.
it has just gotten so fucking bad. people are running up on cars at stop lights and busting back windows. so fucking bold. crack head fucks and gangs that would shoot you if you did shit. not worth dying over. -

I held my shit in because Im not a fucking gross pig but yeah. I pissed in a Bush under a highway overpass.
Fuck this gross ass city. Oakland is almost as gross. but Oakland is just violent as fuck so I dont try and go there either.
it used to be a great town to trip around. they need to force these poopers off the street and into housing. I want my city back -

You could shoot someone with certain radio frequencies i believe ELF waves or 20hz or less. really low. the human ear cant hear it. but it has to be in a really large decibel range. like blaring it. only animals that could hear that low of a range would probably lose their hearing it's so "Loud" to them that would possible cause palpitations or arrhythmia if it could work at all. it would also burn. I think that is what they use to give the sensation for less-than-Lethal for crowd control to make people feel like their skin is on fire. hurts like fuck Im told but doesn't do anything. it just tells the brain they're on fire or some shit. -
