Only solution I can think of right now (If you're looking for one) would be to invest in a folding table. Doesn't have to be huge or anything. Just enough to do food prep on. You can always put it away and move all the prepared foods to a container or something. Pretty cool that you're making vids as well. They may not be super-produced or anything but it's a lot more than nothing.

I currently use a pentel sign pen for drawing but it's pretty nice to write with too. I've also got a Pilot G-2 0.7 ball point pen which is practically bulletproof. These are my main carry pens.

I'm not too invested when it comes to grinders. So long as it has a screen then I'm happy. Been using the same one for God knows how many years now.
