When the concept of the Elasticity of Demand is often discussed, the initial purchase price of a good is usually the only expense used to measure a good's change in demand relative to it's change in price.

Are there other expenses, such as maintenance/repair expenses that affect demand elasticity as well? Assuming a good is a luxury, and is sold by a firm that operates in a market that is in monopolistic competition, theoretically, if a consumer has information about maintenance and repair expenses, and has to choose between 2 goods, both have the same initial expense. However, Good A has an average maintenance expense of 10$/year, while good B has an average maintenance expense of 15$/year, wouldn't the consumer's demand for good A be more inelastic compared to their demand for good B? (Assuming this market operates in isolation, and remember in Monopolistic Competition the goods that are sold are differentiated products).

Or is the consumer's knowledge of maintenance/repair expenses generally lacking compared to their knowledge of initial expenses?

Sorry but they get an F for this. They know the tension level and this guy just walks over with a weapon in hand and even a tripod? and climbs onto the roof with that equipment without drawing attention to him. that's fucking Insane.

Probably because he is running in direct opposition to Biden, who is Dem and who's administration is also in direct opposition to Trump.

Having a helecopter in the sky at all times is impractical and costly. What is a K9 going to do at a rally, sniff out the AR15 ~450ft away?

The tension between both parties has been pretty bad since 2016. There have been multiple attempts/ plans to kill Trump since 2016, they just don't get as much press coverage as this one did.

Some 20 year old guy got on a rooftop with an AR15 and started firing away at The Don at a Rally in Butler, PA.

The shooter got quick scoped by a secret service sniper and is now dead.

1 person died and 2 got injured.

That's a pretty big jump, and it has a whole hell of a lot more to do with culture. Saudi Arabia is a very rich and technologically advanced nation, but they still lag far behind "western nations" in women's rights.

Furthermore, as for your specific example, you used an example of a metric that is created by an attempt to quantify a qualitative aspect of society, most people have different definitions of what are women's rights and to what degrees such rights should be held, etc.

This premise is called the "White Man's Burden". The White Man's Burden is the ideology that Europeans through their imperialist/colonial ventures are, as a consequence of westernization of conquered nations, bringing "civilization" to areas such as Africa and SE Asia.

This ideology was used to justify colonialism during the age of new imperialism.

Yes, it seems like a tempting idea on the surface, especially when recognizing the vast gaps across many metrics such as education, lifespan, and economic growth between areas such as Western Europe and Western Africa.

However, this justification has almost exclusively been used in order to justify conquest of a nation that, oftentimes, received little to no benefit from it's conquerors.

Some shining examples are Indonesia, India, Indochina, and almost the entirety of Africa. During the age of new imperialism, resources where extracted en masses and shipped to nations such as the British Empire and the French Empire. Skilled labor was often restricted to upper classes, so when these nations gained independence, the high-skilled laborers fled to their mother countries as well.

In many of these colonies, infrastructure was built for the sole purpose of extracting resources for the rulers, and racial segregation was very common (often justified by Eugenics).Populations of natives often had less rights than those hailing from Europe, and where in some cases brutalized.

See history of the British Raj, French Africa, The Belgian Congo. French Indochina, and Dutch Indonesia for some good examples.

While that's microwaving add the above mentioned ingredients to a pan with a TUBE OF STEW GRADE BEEF (Cheapest)

    Cook for 8 minutes.

Drain, now add the star of the show.

Any sloppy Joe mix will do. Mix that all together. At this point I microwaved the 2 cups of mixed vegetables.

so a cup of white rice, half the meat & sauce, then a cup of vegetables. I made 2 bowls like this

Easy, costs like nothing, mildly healthy. Tasty.

Looks good Brad. Basic but cheap and easy.

Short Answer: (I'm only able to provide a short answer as of now.)

    No.

Chinese corporations are often more beholden to the interests of the Chinese government, in this case the CCP.

Conversely in the US, it is weirdly the other way around. The government is largely beholden to corporations, or at least those who fund politician's campaigns and lobby frequently.

I'd lose my boner if I have to fight her to enter her, I feel like there's justifiable thefts and murders and stuff, you can't justify rape though. Unless it's a vengeful act on someone that did something really really fucked. It would definitely traumatize someone more than beating them up.

Same thing for me, I don't get how rapists are turned on by raping a chick.

There where quite a bit of parallel's to Early 20th century Europe in this series. Discrimination via race, mandatory conscription, nationalism, technology, worldwide conflicts. Heck, even the fair scene was reminiscent of an early 20th century fair, Ice Cream and candy being served en masse.

If Eren hadn't started the rumbling, Eldia would have been crushed by the rest of the world. If Eren did a half-assed rumbling, the remaining people of the world would band together and squash Eldia.
