Don't know why people make losing weight complicated. I was about 200 2-3 months ago, got down to 185 but gained 2-3 back eating all the good stuff over the holidays. I simply skip all meals except for supper which I have 1 portion. No snacking or cheat days, do this and the weight will come off fairly fast. My goal is 175 before spring.
People like Slide22 want to count calories and have a cheat day and wonder why they still fat.

Solar and wind a big waste of real estate. If they want lots more power the only way is new nuke plants. Maybe in the future they will come up with a better power supply. Like the electrician said the entire network will need massive overhauls to supply it.
Nukes can be very safe, hell I slept within 100 feet of a reactor for over 4 years and didn't die. These submarine reactors controlled by basically 20-23 yo guys with zero problems.
