israel is now offering a ceasefire agreement that's basically the same as the previous ones, just with more vague wording about long-term reduced ground operations.
Anthony "Delicious Foreskins" Blinken is claiming it's 'extraordinarily generous', and israeli media is saying they're going to push Rafah if Hamas says no.
seems extremely desperate because again, I don't think they have the manpower for major ground operations in Rafah and even if they try it might actually force Egypt to act.
Hamas' main precondition for a further ceasefire is there needs to be a pathway to Palestinian statehood because anything else the israelis can and will immediately renege on. I'd doubt they'll bite.

the IDF raiding the hospital to conduct assassinations disguised as patients and doctors
the IDF bulldozing the (occupied) makeshift triage tents after they were set up to replace or support the destroyed hospital facilities
particularly grisly photos of a man who was bound and run over by a tank

If we are being real, they likely already have everything ready to go in some form.
So all relevant militaries already basically assume Iran as a nuclear power, because they basically already are. But they get all the benefits of being on the cusp of but not quite "actually" "having" nukes. It is actually a more advantageous equilibrium for them than Israel's is for Israel.
the value of nuclear weapons is as a strategic deterrent, and they won't work as a deterrent against israel (their only major regional rival), it'll just make them chimp out harder.
if it comes down to actual use, israel is a relatively small country and other weapons like chemical and thermobarics would be just as effective, if not more so, especially considering Iran has hypersonic delivery platforms now
