General gist is that satellite surveillance indicates they've prepared 40+ ROCKS missiles and 16 GOLDEN HORIZON missiles (GOLDEN HORIZON is probably an internal NATO reporting name for the RAMPAGE/MARS missiles since they've openly talked about using them), and that they've been performing aerial refueling exercises likely preceding a major air operation.

Knowing which munitions are being prepared we can make an educated guess as to what they plan to target.
