Qatar is publicly stating they've organised a ceasefire agreement that israel has agreed to but Hamas has not responded. They've previously stated they are no longer interested in temporary ceasefires that do not lead directly to recognition of Palestinian sovereignty.
as an aside, if Hamas releases hostages in exchange for prisoners taken by israel, israel just re-arrests them and more after the exchange. -

Rumors that the country’s popular military leader would be replaced originally started circulating in the media earlier this week based on anonymous sources in Kiev. The general was then reportedly offered an advisory position, which he declined, opting instead to leave the military entirely, a source told the outlet.
I've heard that he was (forcefully) told that he needed to either accept another position or resign, that he refused and has already been removed. they're being vague about it because a lot of the military is still loyal to him and having to be removed by force would be an embarrassment and could lead to the military leadership squaring up against the government.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets 'assassinated by Russians' in the near future. -

the one they cite as being the most critical is with onbasca, not tor itself, which is a viable exploit that could allow you to inject bridges and endpoints into its database but it's too convoluted to be a major risk. if you wanted to exploit this you'd need:
1. valid credentials for the onbasca service
2. someone to actually be browsing the internet from the onbasca machine
3. to convince them to click a link with the credentials encoded in it, ie "http://127.0.0.1:8000/bridge-state/?

for tor itself there are a few memory leaks or possibilities for forced shutdown if you have shell access to the target machine
a couple of bad or outdated dependencies on some platforms

I haven't seen any evidence that the strike was actually at al-Tanf, Larry thinks that it was actually at T22 but Jordan was trying to deny it to hide the fact that it allows the US military to operate on its territory.
interestingly the US is claiming that it didn't try to intercept the drone (which would've had to have carried a very large warhead for 50+ casualties) because they thought it was one of their own. -

The proposed change would be retroactive and would affect Ukrainians currently living in state accommodation, in addition to new arrivals, the Irish Independent newspaper reported on Wednesday.
I'm not sure if that means people not housed by the state will be unaffected but I guess it's not finalised yet anyway -
