They dont have wings. its a Drone Copter and when it loses power it just drops like brick. and even if it was a Plane Drone, they tend to drop straight down as well depending on the flaps position. or they corkscrew and spiral to its death. -

In a normal situation yes. But he needs to save face. He is not popular with his people. He maybe murdered at some point. Putin is in serious trouble right now. He's a War Criminal for sure. and he might say "Fuck it" and just start WWIII since he knows he's going down eventually. if he starts WWIII he gets to go to a Bunker and live and survive for years to come. not a very nice way to live but he wont go to Prison or be hanged for war crimes by his own enemies.

then comes a retalitation response and then all Major Cities will get taken out. so there will be like maybe 45 minutes to hit the freeway or backroads (Motorcycle is your best option) and a backpack of survival shit and haul ass outside of the major city limits and away from Military Bases.
