The report, United in Science, shows that greenhouse gas concentrations continue to rise to record highs. Fossil fuel emission rates are now above pre-pandemic levels after a temporary drop due to lockdowns. You can see a gradual warming until about 7,000 years ago, then a slow cooling. The Earth has actually been in a cooling phase. However, if you look at the extreme right, you will see temperatures shoot up like a rocket. This is not normal. It is unprecedented. Even at the beginning of this graph as we were just coming out of the worst of the ice age and we had the highest natural rate of clime, we had about .4 C rise in about 1,000 years. In the last century, you can see nearly 1 full degree, and most of that has been in the last decade. See graph below.
The conclusion is obvious to anyone but the most fanatical man-made global warming denier. The current warming is due to humans adding greenhouse gases to the atmoshere.
