I went into ER and they said I looked to be fighting an infection because my t count was 40k last weekend

Then I returned the other morning with a normal 4k range

Got in my car and felt dizzy and pulled over and threw up. Waited and got home and couldn't breathe .

Got back from Walnut Creek John Muir ER. It's 99 plus thousand. T-PLL

They asked if I was ever diagnosed with cll. I said they suspected it long ago but the numbers were in norm range. I have no thyroid left and take levothyroxine. This is why I felt no symptoms other than tired and shakey. Without that gland, it had nothing to swell up in the neck.
