I havnt confirmed it yet but I had one before they got early about 10 years back. I had a "Precancer" mole removed from my nose for the third time.
but he didn't do an all over looksie. and I took a photo of it and it looks exactly like the cancer they caught early. it's prickly feeling like needles poking me or snagging. thats what I had before as a sensation which may not be normal. but I saw a photo that looks just like it and the dude had it cut off then had to go back and they removed like 40 percent of his skin from his lower neck to upper back. dude lived in Australia where skin cancer is really high (fucking Penal Colony of Irish criminals and the desert. what could go wrong?) -

but NYC will come back again. Punk music died off long ago and you can't bring that or Gothic back but Im hoping a new sound and vibe kicks up again. this is so tender and yummy and grass fed no hormone "organic" beef. fucking hell meat is expensive.
she added just a tad bit of bread crumb and an eggs but where going to make spaghetti with the rest of it. its so moist. I needed red meat because all I eat for the past 4 months is organic free range chicken and or fish. I hate Salmon. not if its cooked special but just plane salmon makes me want to throw up. it has a lot of iodine in it I think. but I love white fish. cod, talapia etc.
found some red talapia (or pink?) looks like salmon. Im hoping it has more Iron in it. I think Im Iron deficient. fucking chicken lacks Iron. except the thighs which I used to hate. I have learned to love it. But the good thing about thigh meat is stewed. OMG its got so much flavor. fucking breast meat in a stew is faggy. no iron in breast meat. you need the darker bloody meat to get good protein and shit. -
