I believe language is created through metaphors, and that's all it really is, just sounds that we make or symbols that we type which are supposed to represent something. When people say things like 'omg go away troll you're not even good at it!' well.. there's a little irony there.

Some people have stubborn fat cells. Thyroid is a real reason for people but often used as an excuse by people who don't have hypothyroidism.
It really is about lots of exercise and weight lifting but just toning weights is healthier than power lifting which actually puts a strain on heart and muscle tissue
If you hate eating salads all the time, grind them in a bullet with ice water, tiny bit of grape juice and fruit and drink your salad as a smoothy
