I believe we all have souls regardless of if we consider ourselves religious or spiritual. I also think religion refers to a specific set of organised beliefs and practices, shared by a community or group it’s an objective experience where your attention is placed upon the objects in your experience and there is usually a greater focus on the externals: like a church, or specific religious books, rituals, and religious observances. Spirituality is an inward journey that involves a shift in awareness rather than some form of external activity, spirituality is much more about inner understanding. For me spirituality is more of an individual practice and has to do with having a sense of peace and purpose. -

I dont overeat, drink in excess, or use drugs. I feel great. I am healthy and enjoy getting my kicks via other activities.
Why are most people so weak?
I don’t think it’s weakness but habit and society labels that make people feel like being alone is a bad thing. I actually savor my alone time. But living in a noisy city with roommates makes quite time alone sometimes very hard to come by. -

Objectivity in journalism is an illusion created by the elite class to give the appearance of balanced news. However, there is no such thing as unbiased news. Journalists who work for these six corporations answer to their owners and ultimately serve their agendas.
The same can be said of the big tech companies that own the social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube. These tech overlords silent dissents and censor content that do not fit the elite agenda. In today’s economy, it is almost impossible for independent media outlets to compete with these six giant corporations that distribute and control a majority of the media in this country. While it may seem that we have limitless options, the simple truth is that we don’t. We’re been fed what the media oligarchs want us to eat. -

I went to PS I don’t recall any sex ed classes but supposedly they taught us that stuff in health classes. Probably I wasn’t paying attention because those classes were pretty stupid and boring with anatomy charts and stuff that didn’t seem to have anything to do with actual sex
