Words usually have multiple definitions/usage dependent on the context. Your "choice" there isn't relevant to the topic of discrimination in relation to racism…which is the point I was discussing, that being racism is discrimination (taking favor over one race vs another).

It's all the same. If you favor some people over others for whatever reason, be it skin color, size, gender, having more money than you, being prettier than you, etc etc..it's discrimination
Being a discerning human is a good trait to have, it helps keep you alive and is a "basic" instinct.
Yeah good job just realizing the general concept of ingroup preference, most people don't have any remote notion of the thing you call "racism".
