I think i might be experiencing mild withdrawals. Been dosing every night for a couple months, and occasionally during the day. I drink like 1/4 bottle whiskey on my 10 min break. I have designated car beers behind the passengers seat, and a little coozy to pop them into so i can sip them in traffic. I have done a bunch of really dumb shit. Im getting fat as fuck bc i stress eat. I just dont have much time to myself and a lot of responsibilities and im not handling it well at all. I probably need to go back to NA at some point bc i need some gay feel good energy inmy life. Being in life support mode all the time is fucking miserable and gay.

I start off with the butter melting in the pan, then gradually add my flour until I got a good roux going, then pour in the milk, seasonings of choice, and sausage once thickened. Easy as hell and delicious
I have bacon fat, beef fat and pork fat stored in the fridge so I don't have to use butter I make it with the fat closest to the meat i'm putting it on,, I also use the beef tallow as a hand cream for dry skin, I learned that one last winter when i got some nasty paint on my hands that made them dry and cracking with lots of pain nothing was working till I tried the beef tallow

The woman was Hydromorphone. She ended up losing custodyof her kid, becoming homeless, moving to Baltimore, getting addicted to heroin. She ended up wih massive kidney failure from all the drugs she was doing, and huge festering wounds from shooting whatever RCnshe was doing at the time. Last i talked to her, she was in hospice and sent me a picture of maggots crawling in the gangrenous wound on her arm.
I imagine shes dead at this point but idk. I never knew her real name.
