Yeah fortunately I've never been on that extreme end of mania. I've heard some pretty crazy stories though. I just get really racing thoughts and pretty much think I can conquer the world, lol, which to me doesn't even sound like a bad thing- an over abundance of confidence. I love instant gratification and if i don't see immediate results i tend to get sidetracked and frustrated/dissuaded, even if I know it and recognize it as having unrealistic expectations.. probably some ADHD floating around as well.
There's really nothing more frustrating than knowing what I need to do to help myself and still not being able to follow through with doing it lol.
But things are aight. EVERY DAY IS A NEW DAY and I gotta try not to wallow in my own chaotic insecure delusions.
Probably doesn't help that I leave my blinds closed 24 hours a day. Im opening them now.

I do that too with blinds it’s probably saved my skin. I think people focus on whatever seems the most important thing at the time so you could remind yourself why it’s important.
Idk what to say about the weather, autumn is my favourite when it’s cloudy and cool, I like 7C. Winter it snows, spring it’s rain and sunshine. This summer lasted longer I think because of climate change, and I noticed there were few brown leaves this autumn for the first time :c

I don’t really know how they manifest, if it’s the same for everyone. There was this bipolar girl in my class, she’d phone 999 during class when people were slabbering about her, I remember the teacher asking us if we were alright because he was getting weird looks. Threw a bottle of coke over me then ran after some guy screaming she was going to kill him, he looked so scared and ran. At a nightclub there was this strobe light, and I swear every second the room lit up she would be either laughing or crying, scared the fuck out of me.

My first time in London I couldn’t deal with it, I got lost and the tall buildings made me claustrophobic like being lost in a forest. I was looking for a kebab place for two hours, didn’t find one just some Muslim place where people were giving me daggers and I had to eat outside. Then all these homeless people came up to me asking for change, one woman in crutches, so I just got a train out of there, to a different city where not a single hotel had vacancies and I almost froze. Now I know there’s a 24/7 McDonald’s and I think I will just go to the airport if I’m stuck in future. I wouldn’t be able to handle homelessness being a night owl, like where would you sleep during the day?

I wish I could stop drinking monster because two cans per day for three years is excessive, makes me feel like I’m due for a stroke, stomach doesn’t feel great, bad for teeth, kills collagen, ruins complexion, I thought I had peripheral neuropathy at one point, right hand still feels a bit rigid. I just need it to wake up though, sipping it from a straw when it’s cold is great and I need b12.

My dad was like that, very generous, decent and friendly when he was sober, but he secretly hated everyone and would talk to himself in the mirror while drunk and shaving, very violent. I have a three and a half hour voice note of him talking to himself. He really was decent sober though, in England there was a gang of youths started on some Japanese, so he got involved beat some of them up, some lil girl tried to spray his hand with acid and he said he’d beat her up too. The Japanese man gave my dad his belt as thanks and he got all our names engraved on it saying he loves us.

I think trans people are ill unless they have an excess of hormones from the opposite sex. It seems backwards to me because they’re really defining what is male or female and what isn’t, reinforcing stereotypes. When people tell me their chosen gender it’s because they want me to treat them differently, and that’s the real issue, the sexes aren’t treated equally. I think transgenderism stems from sexism. I would rather people dress how they want but identity as their sex, just get rid of gender altogether.

Idk why they bothered adapting it in that case. I think that book is dangerous, it was saying self-destruction was the only freedom or something and my ex took it to heart, wanted to hit rock bottom. I found the book boring and had to take a break after every chapter but Marla was great and I’m putting her “I wanna have your abortion” quote in my tinder profile.
