He gets extremely huffy and puffy when you discuss exercise or being physical in any way. He starts talking about how he doesn't even need to leave his chair to extract capital from labor and that technology has replaced the need for movement and then he will tie it into some grandiose theory about space, zero gravity, evolution and philosophy to justify laziness but the reality is he is getting chubbier every day and pouring vermouth is not a form of physical exercise.
This is also the same guy who had to stop drinking white russians because of the cream, and doesn't drink beer because of calories and he's younger than me lololololol.
Weight is his Achilles heel

I don't know. I just do. I know all of you from a time in my life where I became completely undepressed and learned a whole new side of things. My gut, which has always been right, tells me that you are important, whether you believe it or not. Cringe all you want, but I'm fucking serious, I have a very keen eye for this stuff and I wouldn't just randomly like this community for this long if I didn't know of it's shadow potential and instincts. You guys are smart. You are funny. You are intuitive. You're not overly edgelording like the chan community. It's a very specific balance and though it's been reduced to this site it's still a thing.
As always, I disclude Jill the car from this because he's just a person who posts sex things and ruins threads. Reminds me of this retarded guy named Jon that I used to know that would do the same thing IRL,

looking into the actual law it's basically a turbo-warrant system. the reason why they did it is because legally a person can refuse to take a sobriety test; refusal generally leads to license suspension but carries a much less severe penalty than high-range DUI... ie. you can avoid a DUI simply by refusing to be tested.
The 'no refusal' system is basically just the capability for the police to immediately get a warrant via text message or email allowing them to draw blood for testing, potentially forcefully. there doesn't appear to be any significant oversight relating to when blood can and should be drawn and reasonable grounds for a warrant - they seem to be authorised by default.
the effect appears to be that during these 'no refusal' operations, the police are able to draw blood for whatever reason they like.
