I'm not going lie and say I don't drink anymore but I've cut back a lot the last couple weeks and one thing that I've noticed that has helped me is I'll buy a gallon of water and thats like 98 cents or something and I will squeeze a lemon in it and leave it on my night stand and whenever i wake up a will just chug, I've thrown up a couple times from drinking too much water, but throwing up isn't exactly a bad thing because you rid yourself of residual chemicals stuck to the lining of your stomach
but yeah thats why i made the thread about healthy snacks because I'm trying to get better, I eat guavas, cucumbers, carrots. I still eat all the other bullshit like gritz but I still include that other stuff. -

But anyways, Yeah I know how it is to have unnecessary weight from drinking. I've always been a really thin dude and I still am but I definitely have extra weight.
I am still going to drink because I generally like to get jolly and enjoy it. But it wasn't until a year ago where I started getting out of shape. What sucks about alcohol withdrawal is its not only feeling queezy/ the shakes (i had a seizure once from quitting) but the depression where you're like aahhh nothing is ever going to be good again.. but I know in my heart that that is not true. Because I've had so many good times where I was stone cold sober.
I've always been a person that has changed out of nowhere and done things differently and now is my time to do that, so I'm trying to embrace it.
Its really crazy how alcohol works mentally on certain people. -

man i tried phenibut last year and i couldn't stand it drinking or not drinking, it only actually "worked" for me the first time I took it after that It just made me feel like shit and I wasn't even taking a lot.
Gabapentin for me helps me pull through for hangovers / withdrawals. -

yeah it seriously makes me think who he was assaulting and why... he was probably just acting like a drunk old candy ass and got beat up and booked.. so it was basically a wash and thats why he got off. Because I doubt he has the money to get a proper attorney to handle that kind of charge.
Darkie is a relic and you usually don't see guys like him at bars that young people frequent.. its all such a weird story and he won't tell all of it because he's a coward.. and how the hell do you get your nose off by a hooker? thats even too crazy for a guy like me. -
