I bought that property up near Reno
I might place one of those large Marine Barrack style Garage on it with a toilet and plumbing if I do put a well and septic tank. and inside of it just build a wooden structure with insulation. this would be the cheapest way to build a Temporary Home and then maybe build a regular house on it if I chose to.
I could use it to sleep in and park my car while spending time building a real house later on.
there are no strict building codes other than "It must have a Septic tank before any foundation can be built" and have either water brought in or have a well.
ceptics are maybe 7k, If it passes a Perc test (to see how fast water drains out.. too fast and it wont pass because waste water will seap into well water)
these marine style barracks are fairly cheap

downside. everything is about 30 percent more than it was pre-covid. so there goes that raise. the raise is for the covid inflation.
Jobs where people made maybe 42k a year are being offered 60k anyone making 70k could make close to 100k.
but 100k a year is still not enough to buy a home in a great area if you don't have 20 percent down.
So now they have this 0 dollar to 2% loans. not just for first-time buyers anymore. I talk to this guy and things are changing. There is 0 excuse for any MOON PERSONs to whine about not being able to buy a house. Every one of you mother fuckers should Jump on something if you make even 15 an hour.
Again, Get together, pull your money together and pay the mortgage. and rent it out to section 8 for guaranteed monthly rent payment. or live in the house together and set up a plan that if someone wants to move out, you buy them out.

Scott Thompson, a commercial fisherman, took his boat out on the Santa Barbara Channel around 5 pm on January 26. Five hours of swimming later, he wound up on an oil platform with no boat.
Thompson wasn't fishing that day, but rather clearing his mind after recently losing a close friend.
On his way back, he stood up on the side of the boat, but rough waters took hold of the vessel. Thompson lost his balance and fell. That left him stranded in the water and watching his boat drift away. He attempted to swim and catch up to it but was unsuccessful.
"I thought to myself, great, this is how I'm going to die," Thompson, who was just wearing shorts and a t-shirt in the freezing waters, told CNN affiliate KABC. So he began swimming in hopes of finding safety.
Along the way, Thompson was met with a seal, who seemed like a sense of hope at the time. "The seal would go under water, and he came up and nudged me," Thompson told KABC. "Did it know, like hey, this human is in trouble; hey, keep going dude?"
Eventually, around 10 pm, Thompson found his way to oil Platform Gail.

then My Mom caught him cheating and she divorced him and was like You want your birthname back. I had to think about it because my first, middle and last name was the same as a popular musician at the time. but when I took my real name back, my first and last name was the name of a popular musician at the time.

Acid. Took at at age 13 with other guys around 13-14 years of age and one dude around 22. we all got a hit but I spit it out (tab) onto the ground. I didn't expect the guy giving it out to then tell everyone to do their ritual of "OK everyone stick their tongues out" to show their magic tabes before going on a little walking adventure to the park across town. "Where is you'rs" I said "Oh I thought i was supposed to swallow it. And the dude blew up. but was like.. Well it will probably hit you faster and harder. but then one of them looked on the ground and saw the tab. I said I got scared.
End Results= I trailed colors from the car's headlights. it was really bizzare. like rainbow colors. but I didn't feel much or experience anything. never did it again.

He goes "Fucks he doing here" and my friend was like "no no.. hes my best bro.. hes cool" I had 0 clue who the hell he was but he knew my Brother (different one) who ripped him off or some shit. it got edgy for a bit. he pulled out a gun and said something about "Think twice about ripping me off" and I just wanted to leave. anyways we did a little more cocaine and I stayed up all night painting his bathroom and then the next morning I had the worse sinus infection.
End result= Got a really good feeling and high, but never did cocaine again. couldn't afford to anyways
then lastly.. Meth. aka Crank. Went out with a "Friend" to a bar and I didn't want to go to work. he sxaid "Lets do some crank. and I said "Hell no. its like coke and that fucked my sinus up" anyways he said no its notthing like coke. you will just do a bump. but he goes "here and handed me a mirror with 2 tiny lines. but the tiny lines I thought were the bump. and I snorted it and he was like "OMG wtf dude.
I ended up in ER with blood nitrates 4 times larger than they should be and nearly died from pulmonary embali. and never did that shit again.
