I like to take my vitamins at night and then in the morning.

    I piss out a highlighter.

I never understood people who take their pills in the morning, often without food, then just plug their body with liquids all day essentially flushing the vitamins out of them.

Me? I like to take them right before bed so that they have like 8 hours before my body purges them in the morning.

I know people who take a b vitamin and then their piss is yellow 45 minutes later. Like bruh u just flushed all the megadosed vitamins out, instead of giving your body time to use them.

This is all anecdotal and my observation from life experience. I don't know how metabolites and metabolic rate and fluid consumption and activity affect vitamin and mineral absorption. I just know they always say like don't eat before bed because your body will just store the food as fat because you're not burning it off so I figured yeah that's what I want these vision-saving vitamins to do for me.

    I take

    Men's Multivitamin
    CoQ10
Idebenone (Surplus from when they were doing gene testing and said I might require it for my eye problems)
    Lutein
    Super B Complex
    MelaBONIN

I switched over to doing this at night a couple years ago.inly i boof it.

When that B12 and magnesium hit you, you go straight to sleep.

I think something like DHEA would be better to take at night. I know your body makes testosterone during sleep but idk if it would make more sense to do it before workouts.

Too many vitamins can be bad though and you mostly get too many from supplements.

The amount I am taking isn't too much and there is very little overlap of any vitamins that you are toxic at too high of doses.

For the record I take one of each, at night, about 6 nights a week. Except MelaBONIN which I take 2 nightly.

I also drink 1 zero calories energy drink a day (b vitamins and other bullshit to make you feel high) in the morning 5 days a week (I don't have school Sunday and Fridays)

Doesn't work, some are poisonous...you need a whole food supplement like black garlic.
